We accept all major housing vouchers including Section 8/HCV, Home Inc HCV, VASH Veterans Housing, AHCCCS Housing, Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV), and short-term rental assistance programs. We also offer market rate rentals with no voucher required.

Permanent housing vouchers (like Section 8/HCV, Home Inc, VASH, and AHCCCS) provide ongoing, long-term rental assistance with no set end date as long as the tenant remains eligible. Rapid rehousing programs (like EHV and short-term rental assistance) provide temporary financial assistance and services to help individuals quickly exit homelessness and return to stable housing, typically lasting 3 to 24 months.

We review all applications within 48 hours of submission. Once approved, we work to get you moved in as quickly as possible, often within 1-2 weeks depending on unit availability and voucher processing times.

You will need a valid government-issued ID, proof of income (pay stubs, benefits letter, or voucher documentation), and your housing voucher packet if applicable. Additional documents may be requested during the screening process.

For market rate applicants, there is a $40 application fee. For Home Inc voucher holders, the application fee is covered by the program. For Section 8/HCV holders, the fee is deferred.

We serve the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area including Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale, Chandler, Tempe, and Peoria. We are expanding to Gilbert and Scottsdale soon.

Rent can be paid through our secure tenant portal via ACH bank transfer. For voucher holders, the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) is sent directly to us by your housing authority, and you are only responsible for your tenant portion.
